Many people have a fascination with sharks and now Cape Clasp is offering an opportunity to understand them better.
The new Shark Tracker bracelet from Cape Clasp includes a collectible coin with a QR code that opens to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy Shartivity app, allowing purchasers to start monitoring the movement of tagged sharks.
“We are trying to add additional utility to our jewelry designs this year by making products more interactive,” says Patrick Clarke, founder of Cape Clasp. “I think this is a trend we will see continue this year.”
Each of Cape Clasp’s products helps fund vital ocean research; 15% of all profits are donated to one of the company’s many nonprofit partners.
