Love From USA Group plans to debut The Neighborhood Market & Goods as a new spot for souvenirs and grab-and-go concessions at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) this year. The company says it expects the storefront will open mid- to late summer, with a temporary kiosk opening in June.
“We’ve had store locations in Orlando since 2019 and have absolutely loved the Orlando customer and working with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority,” says Amy Helgeson, marketing manager at Love From USA Group. “Orlando International Airport is undergoing a major expansion of Terminal C, and it felt like the perfect opportunity for The Neighborhood Market & Goods store location.”
Hegleson says two Love From USA Group stores will be closing this year at MCO due to expired leases — This Socks! & Co. and The Neighborhood. The Neighborhood Market & Goods is a new concept for MCO and will be featured in Terminal C.
“The store will celebrate Orlando’s neighborhoods and will be colorful and vibrant,” she says. “Our CEO loves for things to be bright and colorful to get passengers excited. With The Neighborhood Market & Goods, we wanted to create something visual and pair both specialty retail with grab-and-go for a seamless customer experience,” she explains.
In addition to grab-and-go foods, the new MCO store will feature some one-of-a-kind souvenirs unique to the destination.
“We are going to be featuring NASA and sea turtle-related products — tees, hats, mugs, magnets, water globes — along with Florida and beach-themed plush, games, drinkware, jewelry, magnets and keychains,” says Anne Kennedy, merchandise buyer at Love From USA Group.
Love From USA Group first debuted The Neighborhood Market & Goods concept in October 2025 at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport, with a smaller The Neighborhood Market & Goods kiosk planned for the Denver International Airport this summer as well. Hegelson adds that she sees a lot of opportunities in offering a hybrid specialty retail and grab-and-go concessions stores.
“It’s kind of the perfect fit for us since specialty retail is our bread and butter, but now we’re offering more grab-and-go products as well,” she says. “We are excited about this new store. I think it looks gorgeous and has great aesthetic.”
