This month, Dallas Market Center is preparing to transform into a full lifestyle buying experience as its Apparel & Accessories, Gift & Home Market and KidsWorld offer multi-category sourcing March 24-27.
Show organizers say the co-located markets help buyers to connect styles and create stronger assortments that reflect how customers shop — by lifestyle moments, not departments.
“March is about efficiency,” says Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “When key categories come together, buyers can connect emerging trends, build smarter merchandise assortments and drive results in one marketplace.”
Dallas Market Center shares that product trends will be on display in cohesive stories across the co-located markets later this month. Some trends include:
- Gameday Glam: Collegiate color stories energize apparel and accessories while extending into entertaining essentials and spirited decor.
- Stars, Stripes and Style: As America approaches its 250th anniversary, red, white and blue drive fashion and home assortments, with patriotic tabletop and Americana-inspired apparel ideal for summer displays.
- Plaid Power: Modern tartans and heritage checks extend beyond fall fashion into cozy home accents and giftable layers, offering boutiques a full lifestyle story with warmth and texture.
- Snakeskin Statement: Exotic textures appear in handbags, boots, apparel, and even home and gift accents.
New styles will come to life at the Contemporary Trend Fashion Show on Tuesday, March 24 at 6:15 p.m. Buyers can also discover trends throughout the permanent apparel and accessories showrooms on floors 8, 13, 14 and 15 as well as in the Temps across floors 8, 11, 12 and 13. The first and second floors of Trade Mart and throughout the World Trade Center will have other coordinating and on-trend gift and home accents for attendees.
Show organizers report that several showrooms are changing and relocating for the March markets. For Gift & Home, the World Trade Center welcomes Craig Bachman (WTC 474), relocating from Interior Home + Design Center, while Brayden & Brooks (WTC 305-1) moves from the Trade Mart. Additionally, the 7th floor Cash + Carry exhibitor Hotline Hair Ties (WTC 7882) debuts an expanded showroom, while KidsWorld on the 8th floor welcomes first-time exhibitor Oh Baby! (WTC 8080) as a new permanent showroom.
