Evelyn & Kate, a lifestyle brand founded by professional artists Evelyn Lafave McCarthy and Kate Geraci, plan to exhibit at Surf Expo, which takes place Jan. 7-9, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, at Booth #1801.
At the January Surf Expo, Evelyn & Kate will showcase vibrant, resort-ready textile collections designed with coastal living and vacation in mind. Evelyn & Kate signature products can be found internationally in resort boutiques across the U.S., Caribbean and the Bahamas. The company sells direct from their website, on Faire and in the Southeast states and Mink through Road Runners LLC.
“Surf Expo is a great place to share our brand with coastal resort boutiques from the United States, Caribbean, Bahamian islands and beyond,” says CEO Evelyn Lafave McCarthy.
Product highlights at the upcoming show include quilted and canvas totes; lightweight silk scarf/wrap/sarongs; and coordinating canvas and cotton-linen tabletop textiles.
The brand Evelyn & Kate began as a gesture of gratitude between artist-friends who have known each other since childhood. As a gift to Kate for hosting Evelyn at Amoré Gallery, Evelyn printed placemats and napkins in patterns reimagined from both of their paintings. The combination of their styles together yielded bright stripes, mirrored patterns and florals that complemented each other as well as the paintings displayed side-by-side in the gallery. From this gesture came a full brand of textile accessories, each pattern designed from the artists’ original paintings with the hope to inspire joy through color, pattern and design.
