Buyers and brands will discover several changes at the co-located Las Vegas Apparel (LVA) and Womenswear in Nevada (WWIN) shows Feb. 9-12 at The Expo at World Market Center. These additions include the debut of a men’s category as well as a revamped exhibit floor layout designed for seamless shopping experiences.
“This February, LVA and WWIN will continue to build on the success of our co-located markets, bringing together a diverse mix of brands and retailers for a comprehensive buying experience,” says Caron Stover, ANDMORE senior vice president of apparel. “With new introductions, thoughtful floor planning and unmatched amenities, our markets offer something for every buyer.”
“Loyal WWIN buyers and brands have responded enthusiastically to our new location, and we expect even greater engagement and opportunities as we continue to enhance the experience,” says Melissa K. Montes, vice president of WWIN. “We were thrilled with the success of our first co-located event last February, and now, with the addition of The Men’s Edit — a dynamic new category in our growing fashion ecosystem — we’re excited to make our upcoming event bigger, better and more valuable for both our buyers and brands.”
LVA and WWIN will present over 1,500 lines across the show floor. As the market continues to grow, a strategic exhibit floor remerchandising will enhance discovery by grouping brands by category. Accessories will be consolidated centrally, and the new Men’s Edit will be located at the far south end of the floor. Young contemporary will fill most of the north side of the hall, and modern women’s will take up the central portion of the South side.
The new men’s section will mark a significant categorical expansion for the show. The curated “show within a show” will spotlight a diverse selection of men’s brands, providing a valuable opportunity for buyers to explore this growing category. Some men’s exhibitors include Luchiano Visconti, Tiglio Inc., Novarra Fashions, Mezlan Shoes and Stacy Adams Footwear.
New LVA brands this February include Bara Boheme Jewelry, Bleu & Co., Ragazza Fashion, Ryan Simkhai Eyeshop, Soruka and Viceroy Leather.
Throughout the four-day market, attendees can enjoy a robust lineup of events and amenities designed to enhance market experience. Early Sunday afternoon, The Boutique Hub will host a Trend Talk in the center aisle at 1:30 p.m. with tips on sourcing for the season ahead. A highlight of market week is the Watch Party for the Big Game, Sunday, Feb. 9 in the VIP Buyers Lounge, starting at 3:30 p.m., complete with snacks and refreshments for attendees.
Registration for both markets is open at www.lasvegas-apparel.com and WWINshow.com. Buyers only need to register with one show for access to the combined exhibit floor and events. Both LVA and WWIN will run concurrently at The Expo at World Market Center from Feb. 9-12.
