Guy Harvey, a recognized marine wildlife artist, scientist and conservationist based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has partnered with 4ocean, a global leader in ocean cleanup, to introduce two limited edition T-shirts and a braided shark bracelet. The new line will be available exclusively on 4ocean.com.
Two unique T-shirt designs, featuring Guy Harvey’s artwork, Mako Shark Impact and Pelagic Shark Cruiser, will be offered at $36 each and available in either white or black options in sizes XS to 5XL.
In addition, the Guy Harvey Braided Shark Bracelet is handcrafted on the tropical island of Bali by local artisans. Priced at $24, the waterproof, adjustable bracelet is made from 100% recycled 4ocean plastic cord and features a stainless-steel center shark charm.
As with all Guy Harvey merchandise, a portion of sales from these products will benefit ocean conservation through the Guy Harvey Foundation (GHF). With a focused mission of better understanding and conserving the ocean environment, GHF collaborates with local, national and international organizations to conduct scientific research and provides funding to affiliated researchers who share this objective.
“Collaborating with 4ocean allows us to combine art and conservation in a meaningful way,” says Alex Harvey, licensing and marketing director for Guy Harvey Inc. “Sharks play a crucial role in maintaining the health of our oceans, and through this partnership, we are continuing to raise awareness and inspire others to join us in keeping our oceans clean and advancing shark research.”
For every purchase, 4ocean will also remove five pounds of trash from the world’s oceans, rivers and coastlines.
“I am incredibly excited to partner with Guy Harvey and his remarkable team to drive ocean conservation forward,” says Alex Schulze, co-founder and CEO of 4ocean PBC. “Guy has always been a personal hero of mine, with his relentless dedication to protecting marine life and raising awareness through his impactful art. This is an amazing partnership, and I am stoked to join forces with someone who shares our passion for protecting the ocean. Together, we will create a meaningful and positive impact on our oceans.”
