Show organizers report that the January event had its highest attendance in multiple years.

Tens of thousands of buyers from across the U.S. attended the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market in early January to browse hundreds of permanent showrooms in three buildings along with hundreds of temporary exhibitors in four locations.

Dallas Market Center announced that its most recent Total Home & Gift Market was the best attended January show in multiple years. The attendance increase was notable for a wider geographic reach, attracting retailers and interior designers from across the U.S. and internationally, with preliminary numbers showing the strongest growth from the western U.S.

“We are thrilled with such a strong January show,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Buyers have arrived in force with enthusiasm and focus to discover new products and place orders. We are expecting to extend the momentum through the end of market, and this is a strong indicator for our shows later in the month.”

Dallas Total Home & Gift Market took place Jan. 7-13 at Dallas Market Center. Later in January, show organizers will welcome retailers to its Dallas Fashion Week, featuring the Apparel & Accessories Market, KidsWorld, WESA’s International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Market, the AETA International Trade Show and the Dallas Men’s Show.

Buyers planning to attend summer markets, including the Total Home & Gift Market that will take place June 24-30, are encouraged to book hotel accommodations early through Dallas Market Center’s block of preferred hotel partners.
