New Coco Rose “Last Chance” Outlet features discounted prices.Coco Rose, a designer beach and resortwear retailer, has opened up a second location in El Paseo, California. The new, Coco Rose “Last Chance” Outlet features the brand’s signature lines at a discounted price. The store, opened in January, one year after the other Coco Rose El Paseo location opened and is the fourth in the Palm Desert region. “Once we had already established 3 other locations in the Palm Desert region, we knew our market and was ready to expand,” says Shannon Burke, who founded Coco Rose and its wholesale division Bali Queen with her mother, Eileen Burke after a getaway to the Island of Bali. The trip sparked their future of tradition, friendship and creativity. “Luckily for us, our involvement in El Paseo Fashion Week was not too long after our official grand opening, so we celebrated both occasions by having parties throughout the entire week for Fashion Week and our grand opening,” Shannon adds. “These parties included fun idea like ‘Caftan Dance Party,’ ‘Spa Day,’ ‘Psychic Day,’ and a ‘Give Back Day,’ giving 20% of proceeds back to a local charity.” According to Shannon the response has been great for the new location. This new location marks the company’s ninth in California: Carlsbad; Encinitas; Del Mar; Palm Desert (JW Marriott hotel); Palm Desert (Desert Springs Marketplace); El Paseo; El Paseo - "Last Chance" Outlet; and La Quinta (Old Town) As for other expansion plans, Shannon says, “We don't really have timelines on our store openings. When we see a great location open up in the regions we know perform well (Palm Desert, La Quinta, San Diego) we don't hesitate and usually inquire about a lease.” |
